The Order believes all magic that might rival the gods should be banned and those who practice it executed. Painting Under the Flames takes on a new meaning among this group with witch trials becoming commonplace. Anyone who practices one of the banned magics, if discovered, might find themselves chased by the members of the Order.

Preacher. The preacher is just that. They are the individual who believes solely in the Order's values and methods, and who proposes them to newcomers in order to further their cult. New Preachers are chosen by the previous one from their disciples, and often times will be easily swayed by bribery and bias, and tend to be incredibly corrupt.

Disciple. As if they are hypnotized, the Disciples blindly follow and believe anything the Preacher tells them. Many times they will have joined of their own accord, but there are rumors of the possibility that the Disciple's minds are being, in some way, controlled.

The Order believes strongly that their God is the only creator allowed in the world, and therefore they must purge any and all people who create living beings on their own, or change the fate of themselves or those around them. The Cultists actively seek out these heretics and dispose of them, by whatever means necessary. Death by fire, relentless torture, and other merciless methods are all used to "punish" them, and because most of this is done within the Deputy-less Outskirts, the Order is able to perform these acts freely and without worry.
