Kage's elegant and handsome facial features are framed by flowing, luxurious black locks, almost always tied back with a ribbon or a leather tie. His eyes are a fierce pale gold, and they always hold a cool look of lethal calm. His countenance is regal and somewhat cold, almost expressionless except for the hint of extreme awareness in his eyes. Kage's clothing is simple but attractive, fitting his lean body perfectly. When standing, he reaches a height of 6 feet 4 inches, an intimidating frame to look up at. Especially when he is angry. Always with him is his sword, a long steel blade that is constantly being held in either of his strong hands. Its sheath is covered in red silk and gold filigree. The handle is also red, but is made of expensive leather that is wrapped in a soft kind of cloth designed to withstand wear and tear. On his left hand Kage wears a black glove with gold silk sewn along the back.

A fierce and intimidating person, Kage chooses to remain silent most of the time. He rarely speaks, and can almost always be found away from the crowd, watching them with keen eyes. When approached by someone that he does not know, the senior warrior will unsheath his blade and threaten the person with it until he knows it is safe to talk with them. Slightly paranoid, the man is always on alert, but his level-headed nature allows him to keep it hidden. Highly anti-social, Kage prefers the company of the women in the brothel he works at, finding them pleasant and misunderstood. He is extremely protective of them, and won't think twice if they signal that they are uncomfortable with a customer.

Born to a military family, Kage was taught at a very early age to wield a sword and all kinds of weapons. When he showed promise in magic, his parents sent him to a special tutor, who taught him how to grow his power. The tutor was kind to him, showing him how a father should act, and giving him his first sword. Upon returning home, Kage was challenged by his father, the old man wanting to know everything his son had been taught. Kage easily defeated his dad, and announced that he would be leaving his home. Disowned by his mother and father, Kage roamed the wilderness for awhile, trying to live a simple life. But his past came to haunt him. One day, while searching through an overgrown part of the forest, he came upon some crumbling ruins. Against his better judgement, he went inside, as if something were calling to him. Upon a pedestal was a gorgeous red sword, seemingly ancient. Kage could feel its power, and ignored all of the warning bells in his head. Grabbing the sword, Kage was bound to it, and the demon inside.Now he lives his life as a body guard, protecting the women i the brothel and his best friend/worst enemy. The two love and hate each other, not able to decide on either of the emotions.
