Tsuko very closely resembles his brother Kage, though while Kage's features are more regal and elegant, Tsuko's are stronger. Jet black hair inlaid with strands of gold grows in a wild mane atop his head, always disheveled, but clean and well-kept. His body is muscular, standing at a height of 6'3", with a total weight of 212Ibs. His shoulders are broad, leading down to a sturdy waist toned with years of battle practice and weapons training. Faint scars can be seen crisscrossing over his entire frame, be it from weapons or accidents. Under a well-formed but dark brow, harsh golden eyes peer. As abrasive as he is, Tsuko makes sure to dress well, in bright colors to show off his wealth. Most often he dons a white silk shirt, ruffled at the chest, with the top buttons undone. A black jacket is usually draped over one shoulder, the inside a glowing crimson with swirling gold sewn into the fabric. Golden shoulder pads accentuate his form, the tassels always perfect. Black pants grip his thighs, loosening as the fabric flows down the length of his legs. Dark leather boots adorn his feet, the seams a dark red, the hide expensive. Around his neck he wears a black diamond necklace, worth quite a lot, all of it held together with a silver chain.

Loud and boisterous, Tsuko is the complete opposite of his calm and quiet brother. Bold and dominant, he is extremely extroverted and social, able to make friends easily. When he walks into a room, his presence is immediately noticed by all, and he wouldn't have it any other way. He is a natural leader, able to be serious when needed, but is also able to relax. Tsuko is always striving to be the best, and has a nasty competitive streak. His morals can sometimes be a little questionable, but he manages to make up for it with his charming and warm nature.

Tsuko adores his little brother with every fiber of his being, but for some reason is always teasing him, pressing Kage's buttons whenever he can. He highly disapproves of the life his brother is leading, especially because of his place of work and those he associates himself with. Jaeha is one of those people. Tsuko doesn't trust him, and tries to avoid him when he can.

He's human, bleh. No powers or anything XD Not as special as his brother.

Unlike Kage, Tsuko had a relatively good childhood. He had plenty of money, a lot of friends, and got whatever he asked for. His father wasn't as hard on him, though they weren't close, and avoided each other for the most part. His mother was just as cold, but still found a way to integrate herself into Tsuko's life. She didn't blatantly ignore him as she did Kage, even though her form of affection was a passing glance. Basically, the nannies and maids raised him, giving him the rare opportunity to see how the lower casts lived. They taught him to be sympathetic, kind, and confident. But since Kage was so antisocial and quiet, they often forgot about him, and left him to mostly fend for himself. Kage clung to his brother as the only form of social interaction he had, and Tsuko loved it. The two were joined at the hip, doing everything together, until Kage showed a potential for magic... It was then that their parents shipped the younger sibling off to a tutor far away, and when he returned he wasn't the same.

When Kage left, Tsuko was left behind, and followed his father's footsteps in joining the military. The natural born leader quickly rose through the ranks, surpassing even his ancestors until he became leader of the Enforcers. With such a young leader, the Enforcers became very strong, until he left his post to join the government.
